At SCHULLER&Company, we are continuously developing our digital marketing infrastructure. We are looking for someone who connects marketing and technology – from websites and CRM/ERP to marketing automation, SEO/GEO, data and analytics

We are seeking enthusiastic employees

Technically develop and enhance our websites and landing pages – from website architecture and dynamic content to conversion optimization
Implement technical requirements using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Develop our MarTech stack and integrate our website, CRM/ERP, marketing automation, analytics and other digital platforms
Design and implement APIs, integrations and automated data flows, particularly in connection with Odoo
Develop and optimize automated marketing workflows and customer journeys – from lead nurturing and segmentation to lead scoring and personalized follow-ups
Develop our lead management and processes between Marketing and Sales
Advance tracking, analytics and marketing attribution, connecting website, marketing, CRM and sales data
Strategically and technically develop our SEO and GEO activities
Evaluate new MarTech-, automation- und AI solutions

Your role

Your profile

You don’t need to know every system we use from day one.

What matters to us is that you understand how the technology fits together, enjoy working hands-on, and can quickly get up to speed with new technologies and platforms.

Several years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing or Web Development
Experience in the technical development of websites and CMS platforms, along with a solid understanding of website architecture and dynamic content
Strong HTML and CSS skills and good knowledge of JavaScript
Experience with CRM/ERP systems, APIs, integrations and system integration
Experience with Marketing Automation and Lead Management
Experience with tracking and analytics and a solid understanding of data-driven marketing
Knowledge of SEO and a good understanding of GEO and AI Search
An analytical, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions and automated processes
Very good German and good English skills

Nice to have, but not required:

Experience with Wix / Wix Velo und Odoo
Experience with Marketing Attribution
Experience with AI- und Automation-Lösungen
